Mr. Matt Dickersheid has committed his professional career to the field of education as he is in his 25th year working in schools. Mr. Dickersheid currently serves as our Talent Development Supervisor in HRTD. Before his current role, Matt has served as a Leadership Development Supervisor, Principal, Assistant Principal, Administrative Intern (Dean), Reading Specialist, and Kindergarten Teacher for Loudoun County Public Schools. In addition to those roles, he has also worked as a Summer School Principal for multiple summers at various Loudoun County elementary schools. Before coming to LCPS, Mr. Dickersheid started his career in Fairfax County Public Schools where he served as a teacher for four years as a full-day kindergarten teacher and one year as a second-grade teacher.
